Soft Skills

Our Skill development project created various avenues of employment for the women with low economic groups. It allows them to identify their skills, knowledge & abilities to make their own decisions. Project has been a dynamic & growth process for women including awareness, attainment & actualization of skills. It is important for women to identify themselves with self-confidence & esteem. We put emphasis on the life skills, budget literacy and numeracy skills along with technical and managerial skill. Classes on soft skills that incorporated Business etiquettes, Language development, Personality development, Leadership skills, Management skills, Entrepreneurship skills, Basic accounting skills were imparted to make the students learn art of customer handling. Students are successfully working in parlours, boutiques, salon, etc
