Asheray welfare and Charitable Society has been partnered with many PSUs like GAIL India Limited, INDRAPRASHTA GAS LIMITED, ONGC, BPCL, IFFCO TOKIO etc. to implement the CSR activities of the corporate at various locations. Under this partnership, organization has reached to almost  65000+ beneficiaries through employability linked Skill development, Self Defence, workshops and training on legal literacy and other life skills that aimed to bring quality in the living of the beneficiaries.  Sessions in soft skills helped the beneficiaries in the operational working areas of the organization are rehabilitation areas of Khichdipur, Vinod Nagar- New, East and West and other surrounding areas, Jangpura, Bhogal and Pant Nagar.

Computer Training Programme

DOMESTIC DATA ENTRY OPERATOR- CSR Partnership by Gail India Ltd, Bharat Petroleum Corporation & IFFCO-TOKIO General Insurance.

The Livelihood Program offers a Domestic Data Entry course, empowering girls and women with the skills and knowledge to secure employment in the growing IT industry. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate and be equipped with skills in data entry, MS Office, and computer navigation. The program benefits include increased employability, improved financial stability, and enhanced digital literacy, ultimately leading to greater independence and self-sufficiency. By providing access to this training, the program aims to bridge the digital divide and promote economic empowerment for girls and women.

  • Stitching and Cutting programme

Self Employed Tailor-CSR Partnership by Gail India LTD, ONGC, BPCL & IGL

The Stitching and Cutting Programme is an initiative by our NGO to empower women and girls with practical skills that promote self-reliance and livelihood opportunities. The programme focuses on teaching participants the fundamentals of tailoring, including fabric cutting, measurement techniques, stitching methods, and finishing skills.

Through hands-on training and guided practice, participants learn to create garments, household items, and simple fashion products. The training not only enhances their technical abilities but also builds confidence, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.

The programme particularly benefits women from underprivileged communities, enabling them to:

  • Gain employable skills.
  • Start small tailoring businesses or work from home.
  • Support their families financially.
  • Contribute to sustainable and skill-based community development.

By providing training, certification, and sometimes even sewing machines, our NGO ensures that beneficiaries have both the knowledge and tools to achieve economic independence.

Assistant Beauty TherapistCSR Partnership by Gail India LTD, ONGC & BPCL.

The Beauty Culture program empowers girls and women to celebrate their individuality and uniqueness. The program promotes self-acceptance and self-love, encouraging participants to focus on inner beauty and self-confidence. Through workshops and interactive sessions, the program provides tips and techniques on skincare, hair care and makeup. The program also addresses societal beauty standards and promotes a positive body image. By fostering a culture of self-love and acceptance, the program helps girls and women to feel confident and beautiful.
